Apple Intelligence availability by country and language

Apple Intelligence โ€” Apple's suite of on-device and cloud AI features โ€” does not arrive everywhere at once. Its availability is shaped by both your region and the language your device and Siri are set to.

Two gates: region and language

Unlike a simple on/off feature, Apple Intelligence has historically had two independent requirements. First, the feature must be supported in your region. Second, your device and Siri language must be one of the supported languages. Both gates have to be open at the same time. This is why someone can be in a supported country but still not see the features โ€” their device language may not yet be covered โ€” and vice versa.

As new languages are validated, the set of people who can use Apple Intelligence grows even in countries where it was already "available," which makes this one of the faster-moving areas to track.

How to check whether you can use it

  1. Confirm your device is a supported model (Apple Intelligence needs recent hardware).
  2. Check that your region is listed โ€” use the map below.
  3. Set your device and Siri language to a supported language if it is not already.
  4. Look in Settings for the Apple Intelligence section; if all gates are open, you can opt in there.

To see which regions Apple currently lists, open the map and select Apple Intelligence under the iOS or macOS feature list. Availability is refreshed daily from Apple's official pages.
